Meet the team organising the 2012 Highest Gig!

  • Elle Macpherson - Patron of World's Highest gig 2012
Elle stumbled upon our charity during one of our festivals in London, and has supported us ever since. She is very excited about our next world record, stating "I was delighted when I found out about the children's charity Music4children.The charity uses all funds raised through their brilliant outdoor gigs and musical expeditions, such as their record-breaking world's highest gig on Everest, to fund the building of orphanages. Their music was wonderful and the atmosphere was one of community spirit, family and goodwill."

  • Oz Bayldon - Founder of the charity Music4Children / WHG event curator.
Upon seeing the poverty faced by the homeless children in Nepal, Oz immediately set about raising funds for his vision. After two world records, a charity run live-music venue, many festivals and thousands of gigs, he and his team have raised enough money to build a community-run ethical orphanage in Kathmandu. Rocker, doting father and a man who will never give up on his dream - Oz isn't about to stop there.

  • Casey Becker - Project Manager of World's Highest Gig
Casey was travelling through London on a gap-year from Australia when she first stumbled upon the charity's live music venue, and took over the role of Hostel Manager. However, she couldn't stop there, and began organising charity events and fund-raisers, creating promotional art, and managing music4children's Public Relations. As the Charity's first world record set the bar for their success, she is now determined to raise the stakes for the 2012 trek.
